Ordered the Firehouse Steak & Cheese® and Hook & Ladder Salad. Salad is huge and delicious but only 1 small cup of salad dressing and no eating utensils. The sub was amazing but no napkins.

I have ordered this salad before and it was fine but today was disappointing. I ordered no bell pepper due to an allergy and it came full of bell peppers. Most of my lettuce is wilted, brown, and disgusting with the bottom of the lettuce in it. I called store to let them know and try to pickup another salad and was treated very poorly. Was cut off while speaking, told to call DoorDash because it wasn't their problem, and hung up on before I could speak again. Even though they made the salad and not DoorDash. I never wanted to be difficult but i have a true allergy and it should've been rectified since it was their mistake. Very disappointed.
