I asked for my subs to be on garlic bread and they failed to follow that instruction which cost extra Hook & Ladder.®

I rated it 2 stars cause they did not give me my 2 bottled sodas that I ordered from they menu but they gave me 2 cans, I paid for the bottles so that's a different price from what I paid. Then I called them to let them know that they made a mistake and the gentleman going to say they only have canned sodas so why on their menu they advertising bottles and cans, then they give no napkins or spoons or straws, highly unprofessional in my opinion

The meatball sub was ok, but I was given a diet coke when I did not request a diet coke! If I recall correctly, "diet" coke was not an option. I expected a regular coke. This mistake or replacement is a big deal!!
