The food was good, but was not happy with my Philly Cheesesteak (medium) combo. I paid for double meat and cheese with chips and drink ($28). If what i got is double meat, I would hate to see what regular is. Did not get my chips after paying the combo upcharge either. Seems a bit overpriced and quality concerns on folks bagging the order.

Overall we like Firehouse subs, but the Thanksgiving sub has been a disappintment twice now. First, both times we ordered the "no gravy" option is checked and it won't allow you to uncheck it. Under that it says "gravy subject to availability". Fist time I figured they were just out of gravy, but now it seems lile they advertise gravy on it but never have gravy available. Without it the sib is decent but pretty dry and boring. The stuffing has been so salty it shrivels your tongue both times. And for the price of the subs, which is kinda high honestly, they should actually put some cranberry on it. Both times there has been the thinnest little smear down the center of the bread... literally like an inch wide if that. You don't get any except for the center bote and even then it's a struggle to taste it. For $20 put some cranberry on there... especially if you have no gravy! Or at least give an option to check "extra cranberry". I still ate them both tomes but won't order again.

The potato soup was weak and tasted like instant soup powder/flakes; the Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket™ was barely sauced. The taste was flat and the brisket was fatty. This is a drastic change in quality from Firehouse. I was definitely disappointed.

I ordered Hook & Ladder.®(2), and a Spicy Cajun Chicken combo. My Spicy Cajun Chicken tasted delicious! It was fresh and well portioned. I am most definitely ordering again!!

Turkey Bacon Ranch ™ Combo was so wet with ranch dressing (no mayo) that the sandwich was sliding apart in the container. Sandwich could not be held to eat. All the other toppings were sliding off the other side while eating. NASTY
