I ordered the Brisket Hat Trick, and it was delicious! The sub way fresh, tasty, and was the perfect size. Will order again!

the hook and Hook & Ladder® had super fresh meats and veggies. The bun, however was slightly dry and very unevenly cut. I'll definitely order it again as it was delicious and very filling!

So disappointed. The subs were bland, not toasted, missing the pickles and soggy. The combo add on was also incorrect - missing the chips and the drink was wrong. This happened with all 3 subs with combos in the order.

Food is good as always but half of the toppings fall out, the bread to topping ratio is way off. There's no reason 50% of the sandwich should be falling out creating a whole mess.

The entire bottom of the sub was soggy like wet and mushy kind of soggy. I feel they need a better method when building their subs as cheese acts like a sauce barrier for the bread and should be placed before all the wet condiments.
