The Hook & Ladder Salad was great!
Fresh crisp and very filling. Packed with fresh vegetables and lots of meat. Was able to eat half and saved the other half for later.

ordered a Kids Grilled Cheddar Cheese Combo for my son, which was $7+. Didn't come with the chips that I had picked out nor the drink, so ended up paying $7 for a "grilled cheese". The cookies were dry and crumbly. Got the wrong kind of chips for one of our sandwiches. Second time this has happened from firehouse.

Ordered a TUNA SALAD sandwich. There was ONLY a VERY THIN layer of TUNA SALAD on it. There was more MAYO and MUSTARD than TUNA SALAD. DoorDash wouldn't give me any credit for that.
Very upset with a place I usually order from frequently.

They always do a great job! I love their sandwiches and I love that I can buy one and have it for 3 meals! So worth it!
