The steak sub had one or two pieces of steak. It was mostly bread.
Both Italians were terrible. A thin layer of meat, couple pieces of lettuce.
Honey ham had barely any meat or lettuce.
Either the store was low on ingredients or you get less so they can keep prices the same.
I get better subs from Wawa.

Tiny little bit of tuna on the bread, no cheese. Very disappointing! The pickle spear was half rotten looking spent way too much money for my food to come out looking like this

Hero sub and chili taste great. Meatball sub and honey ham sub tasted off. Cookies and Brownies are delicious. Disappointed that 2 of 3 subs did not include the pickle slice and instead of bowl of chili received a cup. Door Dash is great at responding to issues, but credits and refunds don't satisfy hunger. Will never order from here again.

If you’ve never tried Firehouse Subs’ Hook & Ladder sub, you’re missing out on a sandwich experience so good, it should come with a siren! Imagine being rescued from hunger by a team of heroic flavors—I’m talking about smoked turkey breast and Virginia honey ham, smothered in melty Monterey Jack cheese. It’s like a flavor fire drill in your mouth, and the only emergency is how fast you’ll want to devour it!
Each bite is like being carried down a ladder of deliciousness, with the perfect balance of savory meats and just the right amount of crunch from the fresh veggies. And let’s not forget the sub roll, toasted to perfection—crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and strong enough to hold all that goodness together. No soggy sandwiches here!

The soup was all liquid, no noodles, dumplings, or vegetables. May as well have ordered broth. The website didn't show the 7-8" subs for the meatball or the turkey bacon. It was alot of money for not very much food, size wise. I will go to Jersey Mike's or Subway next time.
