They barely have meat on the Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket™ it is literally bread with a piece of meat. I just paid over a hundred dollars for sandwiches that if you put the meat from all 3 it would make a normal sandwich.

Food was good but man they have really started skimping on the meat. My Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket™ was a smokey mayo sandwich with 2 razor thin slices of beef. For $13?Firehouse used to be so good.

Wow! I got the Thanksgiving Turkey Sub and yummy!! It was very costly. One large sub with side of Mac and cheese medium soda was $33.00. I have never paid $33 for a sub meal before but honestly, the sandwich was really good and worth it. It was so good that I can't even complain about the price!

The Firehouse Meatball® sub was slightly overcooked - the ends of the sub roll were burnt - but the filling was tasty and well made. The Tuna Salad sub was excexcellent, abundant filling and a good balance of flavors. Will definitely order both again.
