I ordered what I want on my sandwich but this branch always seems to put what they want on My sandwich that I paid for...it's a surprise 75% of the time. I love their tuna but prefer it the way I ordered it.

The chicken was cold and seemed uncooked almost... bread wasnt toasted how they usually do it. Worst experience ive had with firehouse and I eat there quite a bit so that says ALOT.

My Firehouse subs order is usually packed in a stapled bag and delivered in a secure package from DoorDash. This time is was just in a plastic bag with zero security to prevent tampering. Note to management, please tighten up deliveries on a consistent basis to help mitigate tampering to the food. Mine did not appear that it was compromised, but it came in a manner that I have no peace of mind that it wasnt touched.
