The food tasted great! The Firehouse Chili bowl added bacon, onions and cheese was delicious! The Club on a Sub was tasty as well with the balsamic and Italian dressing on it. I did not receive my jalapeños on my sub, and I did not get my pickle on the side! Other than that, the food was good! I also ordered a side salad, and it looks good and fresh. Will order from Firehouse Subs again!

Fries with the dipping sauce were actually great and i'm not a fries person.
Hook & Ladder.® was great. Added banana peopers and mayo- zero complaints. 10/10. Medium size was good portion. I'll be back!

I used to love firehouse the bread was always great you could tell ingredients were fresh and it was a good size sub for the money...well not anymore. Bread is different and sub was very small and thin. Meat was okay. They used to have peppercorn ranch this doesn't taste at all like the peppercorn ranch they used to have. $15 for sub this size is ridiculous. Firehouse used to be great but after this experience I'll go to your competition cause this isn't worth the money. Bun was less than two inches wide it was toasted which I didn't want it to be but whatever and it was left in the toaster way too long. I was all excited because I'm from Denver where I used to have it all the time and finally there is one out here in Rochester area what a disappointment.

The taste was awesome and it was enough for a full meal. The chicken was incredibly tender, I’m hooked! The bread was also super soft and fresh.

Nothing special about the meatball sub, it kinda sucked honestly. The chicken soup was pretty good, but the bacon I had added to the loaded potato was all fatty/undercooked - so I paid an extra $1.65 just to make that soup worse. Lol
