Hook & Ladder® was definitely heavier on the lettuce than the image implies. That could just be because there was so much sauce that the lettuce was sliding out, but either way, it was delicious if a little messy.

Delicious! The medium Pepperoni Pizza Meatball Sub is the perfect size! The bread was soft and fresh. I added banana peppers for a little extra zing. I would definitely order again!

Firehouse Meatball® sub sauce was all right, definitely better than Subway, but the meatballs were the same cheap, yucky kind. We got Hook & Ladder® subs. We added oil and vinegar, but they were soggy, and I could not be more disappointed. There was more soggy bread than there was meat. It was all as fresh as it could be. Sadly, my son likes the meatball sub, so we will order again.

I ordered the Pepperoni Meatball Sub. It was delicious! However, I did order it with banana peppers and a side pickle and did not receive either. I still give a 4 star due to excellent flavor and the understanding of lunchtime chaos! Will order again!

I don't know why I had to order through doordash when I was doing a pickup order and then when I got there I was questioned three times about if it was my order or not and then I felt like I was being scolded because it was sitting there for so long yet it was 10 minutes.
