The bread is so hard. I'm a firm believer that bread is what makes a sandwich and as someone that's ordered from here a million times that's what I've always loved about the sandwiches but today's bread taste stale and is just too hard to be enjoyable

I ordered a ham sub. You can see from the picture that it is not ham. It is some sort of chicken. They messed up my sandwich last time by leaving a whole lot of ingredients on that wasn't supposed to be on there. This time the sandwich is totally wrong meat.
