• 26-04-07First time customer and will not be the last time customer.. Hook & Ladder was amazing, fresh, nice size sub. The flavors are on point and love the caramelized onions, chef's kiss on that part. ChewyChocolate Chip Cookie oh my lord...First Time Impression, Lifetime Expression

• 24-04-29Soup arrived cold and was just broth. It had 4 pieces of carrot, one dumpling and NO chicken. Very expensive broth.

• 24-11-12I fell in love the first time I ordered the new Fries!! They were fresh crisp and I love the sauce that accompanies. It made me want to try more. This is my third order and I added a new side or dessert each time. The Mac & Cheese is great just add a lil salt and pepper. The oatmeal cookie is awesome ! So I tried the Turkey Bacon n Ranch ™ SUB, the first one on white spectacular!!! The second one they had to sub for wheat bread due to out of white bread. This was fine, but my sub was put together so wrong, none of the ingredients stayed in, it was messing, wet, and overall a disappointment. I really hate that. I also called the store and requested two of the fry sauces and it was put on my ticket but of course only one was put in the bag.

• 25-03-15The taste of the food was what I have come to expect from Firehouse..Delicious!! The only problem I had was the soup. There wasn't enough of it!!

• 26-02-12Cup Chicken Dumpling do not buy. You get better flavor and quantity from a can of dumpling from the store.
