I've ordered the Firehouse Hero® on GF bread a few times and you never know the ratios of filling you're going to get. Two jalapeno slices or twenty? One long slice of onion or a bundle? One small dollop of mayo or 1/8 cup? A small slice of tomato. Is there cucumber? I also noticed the last two times when I ordered it with honey mustard there either wasn't any all or so little I couldn't tell.
It's always tasty enough, but quite expensive for a sandwich and I wish it was more consistent. I also used to always order an extra side of GF garlic bread because it was so good, but that's over doubled in cost recently and I'm not paying over $5 for a side of bread, especially when I'm already paying over $20 for a sandwich (with no sides).
I'll order it again, even if the price makes me cringe.

Italian sub with double meat was meh. Missing side pickle and several condiments including mustard. Very little italian dressing on it and little or no mayo. Can't complain about portion size and meat content, but flavour was lacking. I expect more for over $30. Will not order again. Serena's puts it to shame.

Last night we ordered the hook and ladder sub and a Firehouse salad which I had for the first time the night before and enjoyed it.Last night's salad was awful. The lettuce was old and on the verge of being slimy.

I've ordered the Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket™ on GF garlic bread a few times from a few different locations and it's always really good. This time was not as good as others but it was still pretty great. I love their Garlic Gluten Free Bread so I always get one for a snack later.

Hook & Ladder® delicious!was a little disappointed with the"large fry"as at first I thought it was a mistake for its small/medium size. too much$$for the fry portion. other than that🤙🤙
