I have been getting subs from firehouse subs for years now, and they are much better than Subway.

Barely any meats , cheese or even toppings on the sub. Fries were not golden or crispy and no sauce was included , so disappointing, especially for the price

Best subs, lots of meat and lots of flavor options. When they run bogo's the price is ridiculous for what you get. Love this restaurant

Hook & Ladder.® fire you can taste the freshness and the portion I would definitely order again and again who ever made the sub awsome job but as for the Soups I got the patato with no bacon and I have to say it was as if it was siting out because it's all broken

Steamer did not have cheese, and the mayo was not applied as ordered. The sandwich was therefore very dry. Have had success with them in the past, but not tonight. Was this because it was pre-ordered for a specific time and not immediately made up?
