Large Cajun Fries tasted good, but this is the smallest large fries I've ever seen. Large fries most places is shareable. This was maybe 15 thick fries.
Will likely order subs again, but fry size is misleading and very expensive for the portion.

Hook & Ladder was absolutely fantastic, this is one of the best subs I've had in a long time and the fries were delicious... Subway would absolutely be out of business if they were in direct competition with these guys.. the subs are slightly pricier however the quality of the meat and the amount of feeling that you get is well worth the money.

We ordered three 12" longs(they come in 6"portions so there were six boxes) and we were extremely disappointed with the condition. The subs arrived in very poor condition the vegetables and meat were a mess in the boxes . Ours were on gluten-free buns and some of them were hard and dry. The others were soaked through the bottom. The steak sandwiches had very little meat on them and all of the sandwiches had very little toppings. Overall, it was very poor quality for the price. I would not recommend them or order again. We paid almost $90.00 for mostly bun.

Sud don't get better than this!!!!! Regular French Fries definitely have some more. Perfect portion every bite wasp good. Real fresh chicken.

Meatball sandwich arrived cold so I had to heat it in my oven. Would be nice if they had a foil wrapper to keep it warm. Very tasty but the way it's cut is difficult to eat. Had a coupon so it was discounted I don't think it is worth $17.79 (over $4 more than in store price).
