Horrible portion. One sliver of meat on half the sub and the rest is bread and lettuce. $14 for a sub should have a decent portion of meat and not be 90% bread.

This was 3rd order with Firehouse. I had order the same thing 2x before and each was really delicious!
The White sub roll wasn't fresh. About a quarter of an inch of the heel was crusty & stale tasting. The fresh roll I had gotten before was not there! I was so disappointed!
The paper that wrapped sandwich was used at least twice. It was wrinkled and looked used. I splurged on this order and asked for Double Meat. I think that was initially missed and was 'unwrapped' to add what looked like another sub!
It was like, LTM MEAT/Cheese, then ANOTHER layer of LTM MEAT/Cheese. 
When I spend $30.00 on a small sub sandwich and it's not great, like the last 2 ordered, it's very disappointing to the fact that I don't know if I'll order from Firehouse again. If a very simple, very important part of any sandwich. Fresh Bread, Baked in-house...There's no excuse for NOT using a fresh one on every sandwich!
Also, while I'm venting, the 4 bags of chips I ordered was wrong, but I let it pass. (Initial 2 orders included 2 bags of Sea Salt was ordered with each and both times I got Sea Salt & Vinegar).
Actually, I will order again, just to see what I get!
Please send me everything that's good, fresh & put together! Nothing fancy....Just the wonderful sandwich I know you can make!

the bread was not soggy at all. But all the meat on the sandwich was mushy and gross. very disappointing for how much these subs cost.

I had gotten the same sandwich 2 days prior and it was SO GOOD but this time it was really REALLY soggy and just didn't taste good. The lettuce was wilty, onions were soft and I got like 3 tops off of banana peppers I was just disappointed
