my two sandwiches were poorly assembled and the mac and cheese side was a rip off mustve been maybe a 1/4 cup and was $5.50

I truly enjoy Firehouse. The food is quality, best franchise meatball sub hands down. However, it's become normal for my orders to have missing items- chips, drinks, sides, extra pickles. Refunds are issued but it is quite frustrating.

The turkey sub was excellent as usual & the chicken and dumpling soup was great, but the best part were the cookies. They make the best oatmeal raisin cookes, nice & chewy with just the right amount of cinnamon. I wish they sold them by the dozen!!!

Hook & Ladder sandwich is fantastic, I'm just unsure if it was meant to be a cold sandwich or a warm sandwich. The size is okay for the price, as I got my sandwiches 35% off, but I probably wouldn't pay full price. They also forgot our Bottled Drinks so make sure you check the bag before your dasher leaves.

My Dasher was wonderful - he offered to help me carry in my order since I'm on crutches.
The Turkey sub was okay but I thought that the bread was suito be toasted... also I ordered Swiss cheese instead of provolone, but if there was any cheese on that sub neither me or my dog could see it.
I haven't tried the brownie yet, but they look fudgey and are good sized.
