I paid $20 for a sandwich that had three tiny pieces of meat throughout the whole thing. Ive ordered this before and its usually packed with meat, this is unacceptable for the cost. Both sandwiches were VERY disappointing. Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket Firehouse Steak & Cheese

Half of my sandwich had meat and the other half pretty much didn't. It was all salad and dressing. Was mostly salad on the half that did have meat as well. Not too happy and was soggy and threw out the bread cause it was pretty much dressing.

Love the food here but what is up with this half cup of Mac & Cheese?!? I paid for a full cup of Mac & Cheese and got half a cup instead. They also take forever to make door dash orders. Not a fan of these issues but the food is so delicious I put up with it.

The sub was delicious; but they are pretty stingy with the sauce. Otherwise, very good. The cookies are not worth the price.

the Firehouse Meatball® sub was at the usual tasty standard, but the loaded potato Soups was not cooked properly. It seemed more like the soup broth was cooked, then they realized the potato wasn't in it, so cut one up and shoved it into the broth before immediately serving. If properly cooked, the potato should have been warm, soft, and easily chewed, instead it was hard and as soon as removed from the broth (as in getting a spoonful), was cold. That problem would not be big, if it wasn't for the fact that there was too much potato in the broth, so a tablespoonful would get less than a teaspoon of broth, and seven to ten pieces of potato.
