My Italian sandwich was made to perfection!! The medium is the perfect size to pair with chips and a Sprite!! 10/10 would order again!! Somehow my ticket read that I wanted literally NOTHING on the sandwich but they used their best judgement and I'm satisfied .

They have the BEST Hook and Ladder sandwhich ever. I order it so often that when I was In my prime with them they knew exactly what my orde was when I walked in 😭 the staff is amazing as well! whenever something is missing they ALWAYS fix it immedieatly,and incredibly kind, not to mention the portion sizes are amazing <33 I love you firehouse subs <3

Sandwich is good but chili is a complete rip off!!! You are telling me I paid $6 for "bowl" size that is half a cup of chili. How much is in a "cup" size 2 tablespoons?

The prime rib steak sub was delicious but I was disappointed to find out that captain Sorensen's hot sauce was not in a bottle like pictured but in a few small packets, definitely not worth the 7$ price tag. Overall a good meal and Jennifer was a wonderful dasher!
