Didn't give me my correct order. Completely wrong ordered grilled chicken salad with savory mushrooms, mixed peppers, cucumbers, Italian seasoning, and pickles. They literally just gave me lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and pickles nothing else basically a house salad with none of the things that I asked for a $15 salad I think not it. It's not even worth five dollars.

Did not get the French Dip because it is no longer available.Why is it still on the menu? substituted a Hook and ladder it was ice cold and the bread was soggy. I paid 16.00 for the French Dip . was not refunded the difference

The Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket was AMAZING! This was my first time trying Firehouse subs, and I'm DEFINITELY going back for more! Hot, sliced brisket, that sweet baby rays sauce! Five stars!

the sandwiches were as good as always. the drinks however are 16oz. bottles, and they charged extra for them.which means i paid for two fountain drinks i never got.

Sandwich was poorly made and sloppy and I did not even get my drink. I'm highly disappointed in Firehouse
