• 25-08-22Usually good but the potato soup was swimming with grease and tasted sour. Had to throw it out. Hook & Ladder.® was made incorrectly.

• 26-07-02My turkey Bacon Ranch sandwich came with only turkey, bacon, and mayo. Nothing else even though my order said to include lettuce and tomato. I usually wouldn't leave a review, but when you pay $20 for a sandwich, you expect the order to be correct.

• 25-09-17Only one side of my sandwich had meat on it. It was cut in half so I am not sure how no one noticed meat was missing on the other half. Thankfully there is enough meat to place on my other half
