My first order from Firehouse Subs was fantastic! The sandwich was fresh and tasty and arrived hot. Service was fast, and everything was packaged well. I'm definitely ordering again!

I ordered the same sandwich yesterday and it was awesome! I ordered the same thing today and it was horrible as the bread was soggy and made it difficult to eat because of the lack of quality.

Sadly, I threw out my Enginer sandwhich , bcause I was just disgusted at the taste and appearance of it.Also ,Doordash refused to refund my money@ $13 sandwich, which I bought 2. An employee called me and said they ran out of turkey! Mind you ,it was 10:30 am,they had just opened. He offered other meats, mostly pork which, I dont eat, so I had to settle for grilled chicken. The chicken was not grilled, sandwhich was cold and had no taste. I will never order from here again.

I had the Hook & Ladder® and requested no tomatoes. They left the tomatoes on l, but the sandwich was still delicious & they were easy to remove. This is my go-to at Firehouse!

The subs bread was soggy which made it difficult to eat it. I ordered yesterday the same thing and yesterday it was awesome but quality issues today.
