First time there. Had a New York Steamer. Lots of meat and tasted amazing. I wasn't given the option of additions, but I won't complain. It was still super tasty. I'd go there again in a heartbeat.

My order was incorrect, it had peppers on it and no salami, half the lettuce is all brown. Don't know if it wasn't sealed properly or because of how the driver placed it outside but the container was open and part of my salad was loose in the bag.

food arrived with bag unsealed and grease marks all over the top. We ordered two subs and both arrived without the toppings we requested except for one: olives interestingly. But they were all along the bottom of the container. Also the bread tasted bland. Will not reorder.

I ordered the 12inch Italian, Sandwich was super soggy which is weird for garlic bread everything was fresh but sloppy cause of the sogginess
I'm willing to give benefit of a doubt tho because the time before this hands down best sub I've ever had so I'm hoping this last time was a one off
