I love fire house and I get it all the time. But today the bread was so stale it crumbled and made a mess and it was hard to bite into. And there was bas no meat on it, it was flat. Very unusal for this place

Each of the subs tasted good. Was bit concerned with the lack of meat on the Hook and Ladder, it seemed very bare. was also disappointed with the dessert bundle. Additionally, we ordered cookies and were sent brownies, without any type of communication or request asking about a substitution.

I only got bread, cucumbers and a couple olives . Apparently they don't know how to make a veggie sandwich.

Ordered a sub with no pickle. Wish there wasn't proof that the pickle was on there and removed later (hence the seeds and bright green indentation on the container.)
