Great making of the sandwich! Chef did a great job with portions and the presentation was excellent. Best tasting sandwich I have had from any Firehouse locations or any to go order.

The soup tastes good,but this is not a bowl like I ordered. Every time I order a bowl I get a cup. Sad to pay extra for something that I am not getting.

I asked for Tuna no bread, got bread. Ask and paid for extra pepper jack, did not get the provolone that also comes with it. There is no mustard on it. Did not get crackers for the chili. But what I got is good.

Very good as Ive always had from firehouse in the past ones ie been too. The prices are very high though in my opinion. A cup of Soup is 6.50, although it does look as though it's made from scratch so thats good. Also they used to have these hot sauce packets, it was like a special mild hot salsa, it was so good. Not sure if they still have these or not be its been awhile since I've eaten here. They dont have them on here though but that's no surprise because a lot of places forget little things like that on here plus when I did get them I only knew about them because my boyfriend worked there, other than that I never had them mention anything about it. I think it might be called firehouse sauce... But last time I asked about it for a customer that I was delivering to, they just pointed to the sauce counter and I thought it might be over there but it wasnt the same thing.

Paid for extra cheese on the meatball but sure didn't look like it had extra cheese and they left out the pickle. The Italian sub was soggy and falling apart.
