The Aus Ju Sauce was so lacking the bold flavors that Firehouse is known for. I dipped my sandwich only twice. It's missing that deep bold onion and worschestshire flavor. This was my first bad experience with Firehouse, in the last ten years of dining with them. Make the sauce Firehouse Bold style and you've got a smashing hit! The sandwich itself was awesome! The beef was perfectly cooked, the seasoning in the melted cheese was really yummy and that garlic bread style underneath of it all ~ mmmmnnn mmmmnn good! Oh and I ordered 2 pickles and only got one. 😔

The store must be running low on supplies as they skimped on almost every ingredient... tasted fine, as it is only a sandwich. But for almost $20 I think I deserved a non-Ozempic pickle and sandwich:/

The turkey subs were delicious! The sauce and veggies were just right! The only disappointing part, was, they forgot our pickles ......

The bread was soggy after a quick 5 min delivery. I've never had a soggy Italian sandwich. We requested & paid for the garlic bread & neither of us saw the garlic or tasted it. We paid an extra dollar thinking this would be a crispier sandwich bread. It had no garlic flavor at all. I think it had too much oil on it too. My daughter paid for the lunch so she wont.go back there. In the past, I went to the 101 Chandler store, & never in 2 yrs received anything except a delicious meal.
