• 24-09-03The Jamaican Jerk Turkey sub was the best sub that I've had in a long time. I usually go to Jersey Mike's or Jimmy John's. However, I will be returning to Firehouse because I have a new favorite. I look forward to trying the other sandwiches. The Mac & Cheese was a great quality side as well. Excellent job!

• 24-07-22Italian™ bottom bread was sopping wet from sauce. It was disgusting to try to eat it. Mac & Cheese cup wasn't anywhere near full yet again. Six bucks for a half cup of Mac is robbery. For price, taste, and value...I think I'll just go back to ordering from Subway. This particular location has rarely been up to par.

• 24-04-08Bread was not fresh tonight. Barely had any Italian dressing on the Italian™ subs. Garlic Bread was just toasted bread without any of the garlic/oil/butter sauce it's supposed to obviously come with. Worst food I've ever gotten from there and it's usually pretty good. Whoever was working at the Gate City location the night of 4-7-2024 dropped the ball.

• 24-07-19Italian™ bottom bread was super soggy by the time it arrived. Mac & Cheese was delicious but the container wasn't full at all. For $6, they need till fill the container properly to the top, not just a little over half.
