My dad loved the Combo Chicken Bacon Ranch Quesadilla. The Combo Italian™ was fresh with quality ingredients. The fries are some of the best I've ordered because they actually arrived still warm and crispy (not like other places where they arrive soggy). That being said, the store forgot our drinks and didn't put toppings on the sundae. Also I was completely dissatisfied with the Bizcocho Mojado. The slice is tiny and is basically just pound cake with a little dot of whip cream.

Firehouse is far superior to places like Subway they actually give you good quantities of meat. I particularly like the New York pastrami the meatball and the Philly cheesesteak

I'm generally extremely pleased with their sandwiches, but this time there was a hard chunk of meat in with the meatball sub reminiscent of something being in a pan too long. the bread was a bit burnt and the cheese on top burnt. This is a rare occurrence for them so I will continue to order but that sub should never have left.

overall they have a great value for the money however anything that has lettuce or tomatoes or tuna likely will have a lot of moisture in it and bread will arrive soggy. anything else is excellent
