Their Firehouse Steak and Cheese was seasoned PERFECT ! The Italian sandwich had a nice spicy kick to it !I would've shared a picture but as soon as it came I tore it UP LOL. Overall the sandwiches were made to PERFECTION! My Go2 MmMm GOOD

Italian sub was made exactly to my specifications and was delicious! *REGULAR FRENCH FRIES are really good! They stayed crispy and had a nice puffy potato inside, can't recommend them enough! The Extra Cheesy Mac and Cheese lived up to it's name. Bowl Chicken Dumpling hit the spot! We will definitely order again!

It seems like the staff has a problem with us using their buy one get one free deal so if you tell them to remove certain ingredients, they make an issue about it, which is ridiculous because it's not like we're telling you to add something extra.

The bread was very soggy. Seems like the veggies were not dried before putting on the sandwich. Tasted good, but messy and too soggy.

I live their sandwich but their customer service is awful! They give hard time when you ask them to remove certain ingredients from the sandwich
