Subs are great and bread seems fresh . Sandwich ingredients were plentiful even though I eliminated the filler lettuce

The Hook & Ladder sandwich was very good and filling. Requested a pickle spear on the side and it was absolutely delicious 😋! Much better than other competitors! The garlic bread arrived cold and hard with barely any butter or garlic on it. The side salad was an absolute joke for the price! Didn't come with a fork and had crushed up iceberg lettuce leaves; absolutely NO Romaine as advertised. Came in a small cup that they put the chili in. Asked for oil & vinegar for dressing and it was two small capfuls that overpowered the tiny salad when blended together. Definitely wouldn't be interested in buying any other sides in the future.

If this is double meat, I would hate to see what a normal sub looks like after the price of that up-charge. Mushrooms were cold straight out of a can, and tasted metallic. everything else was great.

Wvery was packaged well! Fresh, flavorful and hot sandwich, icy cold drink. 10/10 will order again!

The sandwiches were a mess. The sandwiches also had hardly any of the ingredients on them. It was disappointing that they would send such poor quality to a customer.
