the Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket™ is one of those sandwitches that have you saying "ooh yeah after every bite. mine didnt have as much meat as I'm used to with firehouse subs, the meat didnt even reach the end of the bread but it was still really amazing. Definitely in my top 5 favourite.

First and last time for ordering subs from Firehouse subs. I ordered three Hook and Ladders. Firstly, I ordered one and was given the discount and then found out my nephew was on his way so I quickly ordered two more and was not given the discount on either. Secondly, on my receipt it said in reference to pickle on the side *No Pickle*. I happened to draw the one of the three subs that had the pickle on the side and I am allergic to garlic. So I started off my sub with a chunk of garlic dill pickle sitting on my sub. Not cool at all. Thirdly, the toppings were very inconsistent. I think in one half I got one black olive and found something that was not even identifiable. It might have been black lettuce but I'm really not quite sure what it was. And there was so much mayonnaise on the sub that I thought I was almost going to get sick and I like mayonnaise. Checked with my nephew and he concurred. Definitely not worth the money at all. Very disappointing and frankly just unappealing.

Won't be ordering from this location again. This is the second time I've been disappointed by their ability to prepare a basic sandwich. My hero sub had no honey ham, no mustard, and no onions, almost half the sub missing! I also ordered green peppers as an extra topping and they were missing as well. Don't waste your money.

My food is never ready on time when I order for pick up. There is no point ordering ahead as they don't start making your sandwiches until you've already arrived. Sandwiches themselves are good, just terrible service.
