Not disappointed. I had a few bad experiences here so it had been a while since I ordered from there. I was pleasantly surprised. Directions followed, Toppings and meat well proportioned. Great sandwich!

Ordered the Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket™and it was pathetic. One layer of puny steak strips which tasted more like flavored bread. Subway puts more meat in their sandwiches!
Also, the mac&cheese was flavorless. Kraft has more flavor...
Poorly done, Firehouse, poorly done.
Gave it a two starsmostly because itis food andI am always greatful to have it...

Was not impressed. Ordered two club subs and two orders of potato soup. Both subs were extremely soggy and one cup of soup was fine but the other was not even half full. Def not worth the amount we spent.

Very expensive for what it is and you cannot specify if you want your sub toasted or not (online), but the food is quite tasty and came out as ordered. The only reason I ordered is because it was BOGO on subs. Tasty though, if you want to shell out the coins for it.

Subs are delicious but they gave me the wrong sub that I ordered for my 5yr old daughter. So now I have to figure out what to feed her. I appreciate the refund but receiving the correct food I ordered would have been better.
My driver did a great job and followed instructions and this was not their fault.
