This is the third time I've ordered a Firehouse Steak & Cheese sub and ordered an extra pickle spear. Instead of getting 2 pickle spears, we received 0! The sandwiches are great but even the medium is too big for one person so my mom and I split a sandwich. We used to be able to order a small sub but that option has been removed. The pickle spears are our favorite part of the order so we order 2 so we each get a whole one. It's very disappointing when there isn't even one!

This is the 2nd order from Firehouse and it was incomplete. The salads were not prepared correctly and none of them had the salad dressings included. Also the location didn't have grilled chicken, but the Door Dash driver did call to advise. Food was good, but order incomplete for the 2nd time. Not sure why I'm sending this, I never got a response from the other incomplete order.
