This was our first time ordering from Firehouse Subs and we are officially converted into loyal fans!
The quality of the meat here is significantly better and fresher than what you typically find at other sub shops, and they are incredibly generous with their portions, which makes the overall price point feel completely justified and worth every penny.
The bread was the absolute standout. It was incredibly soft, light, and fluffy, and it held all the ingredients perfectly without ever getting soggy or falling apart during delivery.
I was also genuinely impressed by the attention to detail in the packaging; the sandwiches arrived in perfectly sized, sturdy boxes rather than being squashed or messy, which clearly shows that this location really cares about how the final product reaches the customer's doorstep.
My only constructive suggestion for improvement is to enhance the "create your own" menu features on the app. While I could easily add extra meat, there were no clear options to mix and match different types of protein. For example, it would be fantastic to have the flexibility to add roast beef to my turkey sub for a little extra variety. Despite that minor limitation, we had a fantastic and delicious experience overall, and we will definitely be coming back to try more of their diverse menu options very soon!

Firehouse Subs is always my go-to when I want a really good sandwich! The portions are amazing, and you can seriously taste how fresh everything is. My absolute favorite is the Italian sub—it never disappoints! 😋🥪 Definitely one of my favorite spots!

The Thanksgiving turkey sub was absolutely delicious! My hubby and I shared a large and it was HUGE! The Cajun fries were also great! I just wish it didn't cost so much.

The meat was unrecognizable. Waited for this to open. Very disappointed.
