Ordered 6 subs with large fries fo pick up. When we got there for pick up the didn't have any fries and replaced the $7.99 fries with two small bags of chips. One of the subs had jalapeños added when they were not ordered on that sub. The buns were soggy. The first I went here it was really good. Tonight was a waste of $140 order.

Sandwich was barely toasted and drenched in so much sauce that the entire bottom slice of bread was mushy and soggy. It was messily prepared, like the toppings were just dumped in one spot of the sandwich and not spread out. there was only cheese on half of the sandwich. Overall very poor quality for firehouse subs. I have had much better at their other locations. Unfortunately not worth the high price.

ordered the Italian 12 inch OUTSTANDING , fresh bread great tasting will packaged unlike i have ever seen before. GOOD thinking I will order again. Keep up the Yummy work. thanks

their was 0 ranch on my sub, I wouldn't pay extra for the "garlic bread"..more lettuce then any of the other toppings..
