Both our subs were ordered without onions. Both had them on it. Bread was soggy, lettuce was brown. Very disappointed. Had great subs from there in the past. For the price you pay these should have been much better, will be reluctant to order again

My first time experiencing fire house and it is the Worst sub I ever had.had way to much lettuce and I asked them for no tomato it still had them and the worst part was it was soggy and extremely messy I usually don't leave reviews or comments but it was so bad I just have to this time .this is why I don't try new places Penn station has never let me down at least not like this I hope you guys start hiring people who care about their job . I spent 26$ just to have to go buy food else where as a customer I should get what I pay for and not based off who is working or if the person who made my sub even cares or if they are having a bad day cause my sub was really that bad

Amazing! Didn't get carmized onions but better than our hero! Will be ordering again. Very fresh and hot. Great portion for the price!

Was so disappointed! Last time it was great, not sure if someone knew working, but sub bread was hard and the meat was piled to one side of the sub. I had a glob of the demon in one bite and didn't have any anywhere else. All 3 were the same issues, like a rush job with chopped up meat peicea

My husband had a regular sub, said it was rather bland without much flavor. I had the tuna and specifically indicated no cheese no mayo, add sautéed onions and balsamic vinegar. It had cheese. It had mayo, and there were no onions and no balsamic. The tuna was also an edible as it was a few days old. You could tell.
