I really like this pizza. It's better than anywhere else between Wolcott Bristol Southington and Plainville.

This restaurant is very consistent which is rare. order their chicken Parm grinder pretty often because it's amazing. I get a couple of meals out of it most times unless I am really famished. I HIGHLY recommend this place. The photo is half of the ChickenParmesan Grinder and a bite is missing. I couldn't wait.

The food was soooo amazing! The meatball grinder and chicken parm grinder were cooked to perfection, cheese nice and melted and gooey, the taste was exceptional. Absolutely a new favorite for me and my husband!!!

Fried calamari was a super small portion for the price. Little flavor and came with the worst marinara I've ever tasted. Wedge salad was also super small for the price. It was only 1/4 of a head of lettuce. Giving 2 stars because the large cheese pizza was good and a decent size. Overall a disappointing dinner.

There are two First and Last Taverns that we have had deliveries from depending on hours. The Planville location (today's order) has some special sauce that is on point for the Chicken Philly that the Avon needs.
In addition to the Chicken Philly being delicious from here the Spicy Chicken Panini looked a little extra charred today and I thought it would be dry. Boy was I wrong, it was delicious as well.
The portions are large which is a bonus. My Wife and I normally split the better sandwich or half of each and the rest for leftovers. Tonight sandwiches were so on point we limited our parm fry intake and only left half of of the Spicy Chicken Panini. The next day we enjoyed the leftovers cold (which I also recommend trying) passing it back and forth between bites as we finished our best take out yet from First & Last.
I am curious if the other locations are just as good. We will certainly have to visit the Plainville and original Hartford location in person one day when Doordash doesn't seem so convenient.
