I wonder if Five Guys toasts their burger buns. They tend to be soggy! The flavor of the patty is always good! We love the French fries, they taste like REAL potato and the restaurant always give a generous serving. My family and I order from this restaurant frequently.

The food was delicious and staffs are very friendly! Yes it may be expensive, but at least they made it fresh from the Grill! And plus, you can get extra fries when you order French Fries from Five Guys! So I'm giving Five Guys a Five Star Rating!

When Five Guys is "on" I think they have the best burger & fries of the fast food places, but it's becoming more and more frequent that something isn't right with the order.
It's 50/50 now that at least one of these issues crops up: Burger is over-cooked or dry, the fries are over-cooked or soggy (I thought both were all cooked with timers for everything so the inconsistency doesn't make sense), bun is soggy, or the one time that the amount of fries I received didn't even fill the cup.
I'm nearly at that point where I just stop looking for them, which is unfortunate.

Little Cheeseburger was dry and unseasoned. Cajun Little Cajun Fries barely had any seasoning either. Do better for as expensive as you are Five Guys!

Horrible order. Fries were severely undercooked. Burger was incorrect and had half a patty instead of a regular patty.
