I have ate flame broiler since about 2017. Yes the prices have gotten crazy but I thought it would be worth it. I supposedly got sauce with it and the guy refused to give any and moved the sauce behind the counter. I had to pay $.30 per sauce I wanted. The meat was mostly fat and there were multiple bones I had to spit out. Ended up throwing it away, won't be back soon

This order of 2 Regular Half & Half bowls was sub-par for a Flame Broiler. The pickup was from a MV store which is much farther from us than the 2 stores we normally go to (both are A+ quality). Maybe since I ordered before it was usual dinner time, we received orders where the beef was skinny tough strings as if it had been sitting out cold having not been sold at lunch. I would order Flame Broiler again because we love it, however there is no way to specify we want pickup from our nearby Lake Forest or Laguna Niguel stores.

EXCELLENT Half and Half Bowls. Ordered the chicken to be white meat and it was great and perfectly cooked. Great value for healthy, tasty food!

The Steak Bulgogi Bowl was not good at all. The meat was chewy and dry, and the rice was not cooked. The veggies were old! I don't even need to mention the taste!
