I ordered the Fish & Shrimp Combo Platter with 2 Deep Fried Wings (Bone-In) & a Sweet Tea . The only complaint I have is that they didn't have a lid on the Sweet Tea & instead taped a paper towel to it. By the time I got it, it had spilled and the paper towel absorbed most of the tea. So it was about a half a cup. No biggie DD took care of that & what I did get to try was absolutely delicious! Now, for the most important part, the food. The food was packaged great & came fresh & hot! Everything was scrumptious! The greens were cooked just right & the fresh sweet potato fries were perfection! The Deep Fried Wings (Bone-In) are some of the best I've ever had. The Fish & Shrimp Combo Platter was even better! The most flavorful food I've ever had delivered through DD. Will absolutely be ordering again & I hope next time I get a lid cuz I need more of that Sweet Tea ! lol

I dont usually leave reviews but this one deserves it! I got the shrimp dinner with greens and mac, and a side of cabbage. The greens were stunning, the shrimp were huge and perfectly cooked, and that cheese pull on the mac and cheese was next level. I was so amped to find a local place highlighting cabbage in all the glory it deserves. Everything was seasoned so well and packaged with care. sorry i dont have pics, i ate most before realizing it would have helped. Wheeling is lucky to have this little gem!

We just ordered a variety of items from Flame79, and everything was incredible! My shrimp, grits and catfish was incredible! Loved the sauce! The shrimp Po'Boy was amazing...loved the slaw...and the collared greens and turkey were a true classic! Word of advice...DO NOT sleep on the Kool Aid. We got it just for a taste and it left us wanting to order a gallon!! We will be ordering again and again!! Keep up the good work!! Everything came hot and fresh and the portion sizes were perfect!

This is my 4th time ordering from Flame 79 in the past week and a half and everything I've tried has been amazing! Tonight I ordered the 5 wing dinner/ w/ greens & fries and I ordered a side of Mac N Cheese, plus a Sweet Tea ! I loved that tonight they put the greens in a separate container instead of the mac & cheese, because the greens have juice that will run over into the side with the fries. So they went above & beyond with doing that. Of course everything was superb as always! I grew up in the south and this is the comfort food I was raised on! I highly recommend checking them out. It'll be a shame for a restaurant this good to not be able to make it!

Greens are absolutely to salty. The meats were good, but too small.
