Turkey Dinner was awesome! Very filling and made me feel like i was in Nan's kitchen. 😊 Definitely would order again.

I normally do not leave reviews, but after giving this restaurant a second chance, I feel the experience deserves an honest one.
I ordered the clubhouse twice because after my first complaint, I was told the restaurant owner was not there at the time and that the concern would be brought up. That gave me the impression the first sandwich may not have been up to standard, so I decided to order again and continue supporting a local business.
Unfortunately, the second sandwich was basically the same. The issue was not that there was “nothing” on the sandwich, but that the toppings and fillings were extremely sparse and unevenly distributed throughout. A clubhouse should have enough filling that you actually taste the ingredients in each bite, not sections that are mostly bread and lettuce.
What disappointed me most was the response afterward. Instead of acknowledging the concern, I was given multiple excuses including DoorDash pricing, being told I should come into the restaurant if I want better value, tomato sizes fluctuating, and being told customers dining in are happy with the sandwich.
DoorDash pricing has nothing to do with the actual quality or assembly of the sandwich. If a tomato slice is too small for the sandwich, you add another slice. That is part of making a properly balanced sandwich. And honestly, I find it hard to believe most customers would be happy receiving the exact sandwich I received. If that sandwich had been shown as the menu photo, I personally would not have ordered it.
This review is not being left to attack a local business. It is simply honest feedback after two very similar experiences and a response that came across more dismissive than understanding.

Ordered the Salt Beef Dinner and it was amazing! I will definitely order again. Very filling and tasty!

Great portions and absolutely delicious. So happy to have this restaurant here in Fort McMurray. Would be great to have an option for white turkey only if possible. :)
