I doordashed Flip's the other night while staying at St. Joseph's overnight. I chose the Flip's Bacon Cheeseburger because of the bacon and cheese skirt that was described on the menu. The burger was big and the cheese skirt was HUGE! The cheese skirt took up the entirety of the to go container, and the fries were placed on top! The cheeseburger had a lot of flavor, and the crispy ends of the cheeseburger gave it a very distinct flavor and texture, which I really enjoyed. There was a very good portion of fries, they just weren't very crispy from transport. I am giving four stars because I believe this food would have been really good if I ate it at the restaurant. Will definitely try again next time I'm in town!

Had this place for lunch and it was amazing! The curly fries were perfectly fried, the delicious crunch and the fluffy inside was just excellent. The burger was a whole other level, it was delicious! It was beautifully cooked, not dry at all. It was moist. Now for the bacon, the bacon was perfectly crispy. Unlike other places where their bacons are all floppy, this place is amazing at cooking there crispy bacon! The hot dog was also excellent, the chili was a top tier choice! The milkshakes are also amazing! It tastes hand made unlike other places where they sell artificial shakes. Overall this place is perfect! Fresh! Excellent portions and excellent pricing. Will order here again soon! New favorite burger spot!

SAUCY, FLAVORFUL, JUICY, BEST BURGER I'VE HAD IN STOCKTON! 10/10 ENJOYED EVERY BITE OF THE COWBOY BURGER. SWEET POTATO FRIES WERE GREAT. DEEP FRIED OREOS WERE DELICIOUS. EVERYTHING WAS FRESH. WOULD ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND.

Always fresh. The whole family likes it from age 6-44. Always our favorite. The cheese skirts are insane and delicious. Cheese lovers don't miss this one.

While the food is tasty, some of the pictures were misleading. The pictures for the French Fries and Tater Tots make it look like they have handmade them but they're just normal, just a little pickiness. The Flip's Cheeseburger was good, ranch was nice, everything was fresh and potato's still crisp.
