• 25-10-13pink flowers looked absolutely nothing like what I ordered. The note I requested was written incorrectly and looked unprofessional, with bad hand writing! They were placed face down in a grocery type bag to be delivered. The cost was that of a professional bouquet and what was delivered was like a convienence store flower arrangement.

• 26-06-25Ordered an arrangement for my BOSS. And recieved the ugliest cheapest arrangement. These flowers arrived half dead, dainty, and the bow was mediocre and thread was coming apart. These looked worse than a grocery arrangement it looked damn near like someone stole off a public yard and threw it together.

The experience with Florist USA was extremely disappointing. The only reason for the one-star rating is the requirement to leave a comment. I should have researched more thoroughly, as the reviews accurately reflect the issues. Unlike other services, Florist USA does not provide any disclaimers regarding potential substitutions, nor do they deliver arrangements of acceptable quality. I often order flowers through Door Dash and have seen significantly better arrangements for a lower price elsewhere. The $190 bouquet I received looked old and lifeless, an embarrassment for a special occasion. Overall, my experience suggests that Florist USA knowingly sells subpar products. They need to improve or consider closing their business.

• 25-08-16They sent a small mixed arrangement that looks like they bought it for about $15 at a grocery store. Nothing like the picture they advertised.
