Today was particularly delicious. Bacon was fully cooked, the eggs were over cooked but they gave me extra, and the grits were just as dreamy as usual. Flying Biscuit Breakfast is my #1 go to.

Was excited to try this place. Unfortunately, everything was bland, waffle was soggy, missing items from the order. Bacon fried so hard it was almost cracklin. Very disappointed really wanted this to be good.

The eggs were dry, the biscuit's top was hard with a soft center, the chicken sausage had flavor but was not fresh, and the grits were very runny, milky, and salty.

Today's shrimp and grits were done differently...usually it has a drizzle of oil spices...today it was more like CFS fried shrimp with cheese grits? Miss my spiced grits but this was a good second still.

Love the grits and Stuffed French Toast Breakfast. Bacon is a coin toss either amazing or undercooked.
