Wow. My first time ordering here. I was looking for an *actually* healthy take out, and this is it. And it's absolutely delicious.
My bowl had quinoa, brown rice, chickpea, tofu, broccoli and cauliflower.
The portion size is great, I was impressed.
I've never had Kombucha before either, but it's delicious!
Will definitely be eating here again.

My first time trying this place OMG! It was so Devine. Mushrooms are so fresh and delicious quinoa had a nice lime flavor I would definitely order again maybe try a different combination pork is a little dry but didn't even matter because it's so well seasoned the amount of food is enough to fill me! YUM!

I get the coconut rice, both bbq and teriyaki chicken, and the lemon broccoli, and it's probably the best food in Scranton. So fresh every time. The rice could be cooked a little less tbh but it didn't ruin the meal. The lemon broccoli is soooo good a the chicken is super tender. A "safe food" for picky eaters.

Absolutely LOVE LOVE how healthy, delicious & filling Fork N Bowl is! Not to mention it's gluten free too so my sensitive tummy thanks you! Enjoying my favorite double portion of the coconut rice, bbq chicken, pork carnitas with both basil mushrooms & hot honey brussels sprouts...cucumber jalapeno sauce on the side. Great sized portion to share or have fr leftovers later. One of my favorite restaurants in the area hands down! Thanks for being womderful! :)
