The Apple Cake is absolutely delicious so fresh and a nice size slice. Definitely will order again. Same thing with the vanilla beignets and the bagels and croissants. Love this little place.

I've been OBSESSED with Au Fournil pastries ever since I found out that they were thee pastry source for some of my favorite restaurants & coffee shops.
You can't go wrong with Illy Cold Brew Latte Macchiato- 8.45 oz. or Illy Cold Brew Coffee Can- 8.45 oz , and they both paired nicely with the pastries.
Absolutely loved the crisp, flaky layers of the FWB - CroiCinnamon Bun and the rich, complex flavors of the Au Fournil - Almond Tart
The Pumpkin Bourbon Bread Pudding was a thing of beauty, and tasted as good as it looked (I'm sure it would have been even better Warmed...)
Was underwhelmed by the FWB - Morning Bun and the Au Fournil - Beignet and I've eaten at Cafe du Monde in New Orleans enough times to know how good, authentic beignets are supposed to taste. Their version of a "beignet" was a donut, full stop.
Appreciated the freshness of everything, as well as the reusable bag. Will probably order from them again, specifically to get my favorite Blueberry Tart.

Best vegan croissants in Philly, and so exciting that they offer plain, chocolate, almond, and even pistachio. An omnivore would have no idea they were eating a vegan pastry if you didn't tell them, so if you do eat dairy, give the vegan options a try for an incredible cholesterol & hormone free version of the pastries you love!
