Fresco Cocina is a Mexican kitchen located in the heart of Carlsbad Village. Our playfully curated menu rediscovers tradition and offers a selection of shareable plates and main courses.
Had a great experience here. The food was delicious, well-seasoned, and beautifully presented. Everything tasted fresh and thoughtfully prepared, and the service was friendly and attentive. Definitely a spot I’d recommend and come back to.

Delicious. Food really held up in transition. We had the carne asada dinner and Cocina burger. The potatoes were scrumptious! Enough food for left overs! Definitely going on our ordering rotation. Yummy!

The vegan bowl had great flavors, separately. Everything just didn't go together well at all. I got the salmon and my mom got the chicken. The salmon itself was good. My mom said the grilled chicken was flavorless. The flan was mid.
