Ok, being from Hawaii my bar is high when it comes to poke. Fresh Fin has absolutely nailed it here. I'll be honest, I got the large Spicy Ahi bowl with extra ahi & extra salmon so it was a bit more spendy. No joke though this has been one of the best bowls of poke I've had in years. Period. I can't tell you how infuriating it is when you get a bowl filled with more filler than fish. This bowl was pristine. Felt close to 2lbs. of food. White rice only, ahi & salmon, cucumber, edamame, crispy onion & tobiko. That's it. Pure perfection. Definitely going to be a repeat offender when ordering. Hawaii poke lovers would be proud. Get this NOW. You won't regret it.

These are the first bowls I have ever eaten that are not soggy or mushy. For somebody with sensory issues I thoroughly enjoyed the textures and the crispness of the vegetables. This is the only meat I've ever enjoyed on a salad or a bowl. The meat was nicely, trimmed smaller pieces, and you did not notice any difficulty chewing. There was even smaller pieces of meat to help spread the protein out.

This was my first time trying FreshFin as a poké fan. Some of the best in SLC. Super fresh. The portions of fish could be bigger but they offer options for you to get extra scoops. Overall great spot for poke.

I feel like it's a gamble ordering here. We've had things that were great but this time: Truffle Crab Salad & Wonton Chips so good when the Side of Baked Wonton Chips are done right. These were dark brown with black spots, covered in so much salt it looked like a crystal cave. Inedible.
