This is the only good Friendly's left in the area. They never get my order wrong, and everything is prepared/cooked as advertised. I've had the worst luck at every other Friendly's I've tried in Western Mass, but never an issue in Florence!

I dont know who made the icecream that I ordered, but to whoever did: It was absolutely phenomenal and I love you haha but in all seriousness, Friendly's is the best restaurant in the area hands down with the best employees and best service. Thank you so much!

Oh my god. Idk who was the chef last night but the Honey BBQ Chicken SuperMelt I got last night was probably the best one I've ever had. Was absolutely cooked to perfection and felt like I held the best sandwich ever in my hands. Absolutely recommend ordering. The ratio of the ingredients was great and tasted fresh!
I usually don't give positive reviews, but it's important to take the time to give credit when it's due yall.

I ordered a blt. What a joke. There is basically no bacon on it. Little tiny bits of bacon. A tiny piece of limp lettuce and a small piece of tomato that doesn't span the width of the sand which. There should have been two slices of tomato if the slices are that small. They need to give full pieces of bacon instead of tiny bacon bits and use crisp lettuce!

C'mon friendlys, $20+ dollars for a Country Chicken Tenders with the up charge of waffle fries and I get less than a cup of fries w/ my order? Not to mention I paid for 2 extra sauces and didnt get the one that was included with the meal. Every was tasty but this shrinkflation is just rude
