• 26-10-10HEC is consistently good. The cold brew with maple syrup and cinnamon is DELICIOUS!!! But unfortunately my bagel was definitely not fresh and after it was toasted it's so hard I can't even bite it.

• 26-06-03I ordered a bowl with chorizo and paid $3 extra to add bacon and they made the bowl with bacon as a substitute for chorizo, instead of adding it extra. Sucky to wait 45 minutes for that and get no support from the store.

• 26-10-05Chicken was inedible and very dry in the chicken salad. Dry hard pieces throughout.
